That’s why we’ve created CORE2PF, a postpartum-specific exercise class designed to support moms as they rebuild their deep core and pelvic floor muscles safely and effectively.

Led by Fitness and Health Coach Cami Heredia, this Pilates-inspired class focuses on gentle, low-impact movements that restore function, improve stability, and promote long-term wellness. Whether you’re a few weeks or several months postpartum, CORE2PF provides a welcoming space to move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel strong again.
