Stronger Aging

Stronger Aging is a group exercise class led by Cami Heredia, Certified Personal Trainer, designed especially for adults aged 60 and older, no matter your current fitness level or experience.

In a fun, supportive group setting, you’ll build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through safe, effective exercises. Each session includes:

  • Full-body strength training to support everyday movement

  • Stretching and mobility work to improve flexibility and joint health

  • Balance training to enhance stability and reduce fall risk

Cami provides individualized modifications for every exercise, ensuring you work at a level that’s both comfortable and challenging. With a focus on proper form and injury prevention, you’ll gain strength and confidence while enjoying the motivation of a group atmosphere.

Details

Stronger Aging occurs twice a week on Monday and Thursdays from 11am-12pm. It is a 6 week course with price varying depending on whether you attend one or two sessions per week. The location is in Woodlawn at 1200 Glendale Milford Rd in our newly renovated gym space.
